Tell us what you are trying to coordinate.
One form, and a person reads every message that comes through it. We are a small company, so you will get an answer from somebody who works on the product rather than from a queue.
The three sections below are the reasons people usually write. Each one says what to include, because a message with the specifics in it saves both of us a round trip.
Three reasons people write
Pick whichever is closest and say so in the message. If none of them fits, write anyway and describe the situation in your own terms.
A working session against a real meeting
The most useful thing you can send is a meeting that is already on your calendar. Tell us the sectors that will be in the room, roughly how many tables, and what you have to report afterwards and to whom. We will run Agora against your agenda rather than against a demo script, and you will find out in one session whether the fit is real.
Bring your agenda, your sector list and your reporting deadline.
A technical or privacy review
If your counsel, your privacy officer or your engineers are going to have to sign off on this, we would rather they started now. The technical briefing covers the data flows, the threat model, the schema, and what we deliberately do not claim. Tell us who will be reading it and we will pitch it at them.
Say who is reviewing and what they need to see.
An argument about the roadmap
Four of our five products do not exist yet, and the order we build them in is a guess informed by a small number of conversations. If what your community needs first is the capacity registry rather than the meeting platform, that is worth more to us than a compliment. Tell us which gap hurts most and why.
Tell us which of the four you would want first.
Write to us
Everything except your name, your email address and the message itself is optional. The more of it you fill in, the more useful the first reply will be.
Thank you for your response. ✨
